Mosaïque ‘Frangipane’ (Limited Edition)
A marriage of comforting flavours, where the dark chocolate slowly gives way to the traditional Leonidas praliné. For the touch of crunchiness, there’s a fine grind of Faro almonds that evokes the flavour of frangipane. A touch of Belgitude associated with the traditional Epiphany cake.
Mosaïque ‘Pain d’amandes’ (Limited Edition)
A sweet delight coated in white chocolate concealing a crunchy Leonidas praliné with bursts of shortbread biscuit and a dash of bitter almond aroma. It offers a blend of flavours that are both soft and crunchy. A sweet treat inspired by the Brussels speciality known as “pain d’amande” (almond bread).
