Is my payment safe?
Our payment partner Multi-Safe Pay provides us with a safe, reliable payment system allowing you to make a sure and safe payment. Your payment and credit card details are used exclusively for payment purposes and are never disclosed to any third parties.
How can I pay online?
Regardless of the payment procedure you choose, we can only deliver your package upon receipt of your payment.
You can pay with: American Express, Bancontact/Mister Cash, Bank transfer, Carte Bleu, iDeal, KBC, Giropay, PayPal, Maestro, MasterCard, MultiSafePay or Visa.
Payment by debit card:
In case of debit card payments, we receive your payment almost immediately. This allows us to prepare your package for shipment quickly, if the product is available in stock.
Payment by credit card:
In case of payment by credit card, we receive your payment almost immediately. This allows us to prepare your package for shipment quickly, if the product is available in stock. When using this payment procedure, your card verification code is required. The sole purpose of this verification is to ensure your card isn't being used by unauthorised people.
The Visa or MasterCard verification code is located at the back of your card, where you will find a 3 digit code in the signature field. You will find this code either after your full account number, or after the last 4 digits of your account number.
Payment by iDEAL
If you want to pay by debit card in the Netherlands, you can choose to pay using iDEAL. In case of payment using iDEAL, we receive your payment almost immediately. This allows us to prepare your package for shipment quickly, if the product is available in stock.
Payment by bank transfer
In case of payment by bank transfer, we do not receive your payment immediately, causing longer delivery terms!
Immediately after your order you will receive an e-mail containing all payment instructions. You should copy the reference number as payment reference for your bank transfer, without spaces. IBAN: BE98 0017 3148 8493 - BIC: GEBABEBB
Attention! If you make several online orders to be paid by bank transfer, you will receive a reference number for each online order. This means you should make a separate bank transfer mentioning the corresponding reference number for each order.
Please keep in mind that we cannot deliver your package until we receive your payment. Payment receipt depends on the financial institution used. A bank transfer usually takes approximately 2 till 3 working days. We can only reserve your order for a maximum 10 calendar days, so please don't forget to make your transfer in due time. After these 10 days, the payment term is expired and your order will automatically be cancelled by our payment partner.
What if I transferred an incorrect amount?
Please feel free to contact our customer service if you are confronted with cancellation or if you have any questions.
You will receive the invoice by e-mail after placing the order, regardless of whether you are a company or a private individual. If you need the company VAT number to be mentioned on your invoice, do not forget to indicate that it is a business type account in Step 1 (Billing information) of the ordering procedure. This step allows you to enter a company name and VAT number, if needed.
