• Manon Ruby: ruby chocolate, raspberry buttercream, praliné and small pieces of raspberries
• Manon Caramel Blond: blond chocolate, caramel buttercream, praliné and a dash of salt
• Manon Café Serré: white chocolate, strong coffee buttercream, praliné and a coffee bean
