Speculaas are thin, very crunchy, caramelized, slightly browned and, most significantly, have some image or figure (often from the traditional stories about St. Nicholas) stamped on the front side before baking; the back is flat.

Ingredients and allergens: wheat flour (malt flour, soy flour, enzymes and ascorbic acid), sugar substitute (filler polydextrose, sweeteners erythritol, isomalt, sucralose), soluble fibers from corn and chicory, margarine, hardened vegetable fat (coconut, rapeseed, palm), water, salt, butter (milk), cinnamon, natural aramis, bicarbonate, maltitol, acesulfame, sorbitol, whey powder. May contain traces of walnut.
